To obtain access to certain Foxythinking services you must may be asked to supply certain information, such as your e-mail adress and choose a name and password. You must be at least 15 years of age to register with Foxythinking. If you are not 15 years of age we assume that you have the approval of your legal guardian.
Foxythinking reserves the right to reject or terminate any user that, in it's judgement, deeems offensive. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your user name and password and will inform Foxythinking of any unathorized use of your account.
Foxythinking respects the privacy of it's users and will not spread or sell any information gathered from it's members (including e-mail adresses) to any third party. However Foxythinking cannot guarantee that information gathered will not be spread if the company holding the website should be bought in itself.
